Veterinarians who speak English are available on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Please check our calendar for schedule updates.
If you are visiting us for the first time, we recommend contacting us by email in advance. This helps us understand your situation and ensures a smoother visit.
Our staff members can also communicate in basic English. For complex cases, we recommend bringing a Japanese-speaking friend or using a translation app.

Hello !
I’m Dr. Suzuki, one of the vets here at PIA Animal Medical Center.
I have a special interest in oncology (cancer care) and emergency & critical care, but I also see pets for all kinds of general medical issues.
My English isn’t perfect, but I’ll do my best to make sure you and your pet feel comfortable and understood. You’re always welcome to bring someone to help with communication, or use a translation app—whatever works best for you!

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM - Weekends & Holidays (Sat, Sun, National Holidays):
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Payment & Pet Insurance
- Credit cards: Major credit cards are accepted at the front desk.
- Direct billing: We can process Anicom and ipet insurance at the counter. Please present your insurance card at check-in. Coverage depends on your plan; non-covered items and co-pays are payable at the time of visit.
